<Datasheet>

A datasheet is an incredibly valuable document.  It includes a complete list of your most recent patents and trademarks, and allows you to view your property in a single, summarized format.  If you don’t have your datasheet yet, use the Request Account and Datasheet option to fill out our online form to receive a personalized datasheet and begin monitoring services.

Requesting a datasheet is your way of signing up for monitoring services.

<My Trademarks>

This section allows you to view a list of all the trademarks that you have registered for monitoring services, as well as the trademarks that belong to your account but are not currently being monitored.  You can choose to begin monitoring services on these trademarks at any time.  For each of the trademarks that are being monitored, you will be able to display a list of all alerts that have beeen issued for that trademark.

 <Trademark and Patent Alerts>

Once you are signed up in the system, any time a patent or trademark application is published that may infringe on your intellectual property, you will receive an alert - by email, fax, or mail, depending on your delivery preference - potentially providing you and your attorney with the information you may need to prevent the infringing application from being issued as a patent or trademark.

Monitoring is performed on a weekly basis for all new patent and trademark applications issued by the US Patent and Trademark Office .  If any potential infringements are found for any of your patents or trademarks, an Alert Report is issued.  You will receive a report package containing a summary page listing all of your patents and trademarks being monitored, and showing which specific patents and/or trademarks have potential infringements against them. A one-page report is then presented for each alert, providing key information regarding the potentially infringing trademark or patent.
